Why are the number of burnouts rising?

Behind all statistics and numbers are people. The number of people experiencing burnout has a significant increase. Have we failed to get to the root cause, or is people not equipped with the rights skills to manage speed of life, handling multiple challenges under short deadlines.

Preventing burnout has a similarity with top athletes as to business athletes. An athlete train to anticipate obstacles and risks that can cause errors. We do the same with business athletes to gain the right skills stay on top.

The interesting part in training these related skills is that we gain a sense of a natural habit to anticipate maladaptive reactions by feeling the early sensations that trigger that trained automated response pattern.

Therefore, rethinking burnout is much more than an academic review. It is based on a number of real-life experiences from how people have experienced maladaptive behavioural physiology responses patterns becoming the norm and caused them burnout.

This will be a fascinating experience for all participants to learn from real-life examples how acting ahead in the game is the skill to have and not by reacting from the tip of the nose.

You will learn from cutting edge science and applied biofeedback training that you can do yourself back in the office.
