- Act as role models to prevent burnout in themself and their team.
- Know where they are on their human function curve and what to do about it to staying on top of healthy performance.
- Build human capital with the capability to drive self, team and organization success.
These fascinating skills to learn for anyone working in leadership to develop excellence at work, in life and for health.
Today the similarity between athletes and leaders is very small. But one of the first skills an athlete learns is to optimise healthy performance and understand that there is delicate balance between performing at their best, over-effort and active recovery.
This is the essence of OHP-W. Participants learn to detect hidden needs and causes to prevent early burnout, risks of underperformance and impair decisions making, drive self-leadership and people engagement, and active recovery to staying on top of sustainable healthy performance.
OHP is conducted at the company for a group or for individuals at a dedicated location over 1 or 2 days
Testimonial from Raphael, a successful manager travelling the world.
I have learned that early burnout is an over-effort-syndrome and not a weakness, it is more from doing too much for too long and not prioritizing active recovery. With applied active recovery I have become more efficient and focused on what I do, and I communicate better with my team. I’m happier and excel in my professional life and I’m more content with my private and personal life. What I regret is that I didn’t understand this earlier, but it is never too late to learn.
