Following OHP and Booster Camp, Walk the Talk Training – Coaching “puts wishes into actions”, to keep up optimal energy and drive excellence at work and in life. This is a type of remote post training to apply the skills as you go, a fundamental part which is supported by expert guidance.  

Walk the Talk provides a solid base and understanding surrounding how to keep up physical energy, mental capacity, emotional stability, and behavioural engagement in a natural way to thrive personal, private and professional goals that are constantly challenged by a fast-paced business world. 

The 5 Walk the Talk sessions focus on mission specific training and coaching, making it a fascinating experience to override work-life inhibitors and body-mind fatigue symptoms. It is fully personalised with the right tools and techniques to optimise learning effects. 

As the sessions are delivered in small groups with similar needs it also brings shared benefits.
The training and coaching session is conducted by an engaging and insightful experienced expert.
