The Retreat Camp brings applied learning to cultivate, transform and endorse training during 5 ½ days surrounded by breathtaking mountain sceneries.

As a participant you will learn how to recognise early work-life challenges, apply the right in-demands skills to stay on track, practice active recovery in yourselves and with your teams.

You will gain insight of behavioural physiology, learn unique techniques for preventing and as well as recovery from signs of fatigue and early burnout to reverse any risks.

The Retreat Camp is transforming maladaptive unproductive responses you experienced before to become trained automated responses to surf out with required in-demand skills and high healthy performance while continuing doing what they are doing is the goal.

This will be a fascinating experience for how you will learn from real-life examples and experts by acting ahead in the game and not by reacting from the tip of the nose.

Wednesday – daily program

    • Set the pace for the day – ARA morning routine
    • Morning workshop
      • Eccense of sport medicine, healthy performance and active recovery for business athletes
    • Guided active “Walk and Talk” – mission specific outdoor sessions around healthy performance and active recovery
    • Specific skills and self-regulation training
    • Tai chi and mindfulness
    • Rest
    • Debrief and dinner

Thursday – daily program

    • Morning workshop
      • Applied behavioural physiology, energy, heart, breath and mind coherence.
      • In-demand learning techniques and skills training
      • Introduction to the better breathing clinic sessions
    • Guided active “Walk and Talk” paced breathing training with capnotrainer devieces and mission specific outdoor sessions
    • Better Breathing Clinic 1 – Biofeedback training with specific breathing skills for self-regulation
    • Tai chi and mindfulness
    • Rest
    • Debrief and dinner

    Friday – daily program

      • Performance psychology, Out-smart self-sabotage and change subconscious beliefs.
      • Antifragility transformation of inhibitors into thrives, a springboard to not only recover but exceed personal potentials and grow the right skills for optimal performance.
      • Introduction to the “Flow Test” to identify personal needs followed by remote coaching to deepen personal understanding.
    • Guided active “Walk and Talk” recovery – mission specific outdoor sessions
    • Peak Performance – interval training – short bursts – longer recovery
    • Specific skills and self-regulation training
    • Better breathing clinic 2 followed by Mindfulness session and rest
    • Debrief and dinner

      Saterday – daily program

        • Heart of life – essential of heart care and recovery
        • Beyond the calories. How to fuel your body and mind
        • Introduction to the 3P’s to build Human Capital and personal thrive

        Post program online

        Post-program training is an essential part in anchoring new skills and is critical in ensuring successful implementation of self-regulation techniques in challenging situations.

        The post-program is really to make sure that you “walk the talk” and act as a role model for yourself and others by applying successfully multiple work-life-health solutions with optimal outcomes.

        The post-program length is 3 months and ends with an examination to give you a nice diploma.
